PJ's Fine Bamboo Rods ships all custom builds via FedEx with appropriate insurance. Email notifications will be sent out when your product is shipped. Shipping costs are determined at checkout. Please contact us directly if you have a preferred shipping method.
Return & Exchange Policy
PJ's Fine Bamboo Rods allows for the exchange of any products available on our website for up to 90 days. Custom build rods are non-returnable however are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Please see the warranty page for more information.
